THE FIRM

Marzorati Law Firm has been established on 1981 by Avv. Mario Marzorati and since than it has been practising civil law for more than 35 years. Our main areas of expertise are family law (e.g. separation and divorce), inheritance law, civil liability and compensation for damages, medical malpractice, consumers’ rights also of tourists, transportation law, real estate agreements and condominium, insurance and banking law, electronic payment systems and telecommunications.

We also practise company law, commercial and international law.

We carry out our task of legal and consulting advice concerning both litigation and out-of-court matters. The Law Firm is made of six lawyers, in addition to a team made of collaborators and technical consultants. This efficient organisational set-up allows us to work close to our clients, by means of a direct and personal business relationship with them. A boutique law firm where everything is made easier and quicker thanks to a professional approach, lacking of superstructures of bigger Law Firms.
